We want you to love your JuJuBe gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items with all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
